1. Substrate Preparation

• Cleaning: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry(moisture content: <15%), and free of oil, grease, dust and dirt to achieve a clean, solid surface.

• If the substrate is smooth and glossy, abrade uniformly with the appropriate grit sandpaper to create optimal paint adhesion.

2. Application

• MQ22 Water-Based Wood Varnish:

Apply a thin, uniform first coat.

Recoat after 30 minutes, when the film is tack-free to the touch.
