1. Surface Preparation

Cleaning: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, dirt, and ponding water.

Repairing: Fill all cracks, pits, and surface defects to achieve a smooth, level substrate.

Surface Grinding: This creates a texture for optimal paint adhesion.

New Concrete Floors: Allow new concrete to cure completely before application (minimum 10 days under summer conditions, 20 days under winter conditions).

2. Application

Primer:

Apply primer evenly across the prepared surface.

Allow primer to dry for a minimum of 2-4 hours before proceeding.

DP08 Solvent-Free Epoxy Self-Leveling Colored Quartz Floor Coating:

Thoroughly mix Part A and Part B of the self-leveling compound until homogeneous.

Pour the mixed compound onto the floor and spread it evenly using a trowel or squeegee.

Finally use a defoaming roller to roll back and forth for defoaming treatment.

Complete application within the 30-minute pot life period.

3. Curing & Protection

Keep the surface dry and avoid any water contact for 7 days after application.

Protect from heavy traffic, equipment, or concentrated loads for 7 days to allow the material to cure fully.
