1. Substrate Preparation

• Cleaning: Remove all loose/flaking old paint, rust scale, heavy corrosion buildup, oils, and dirt from the surface. Ensure the substrate remains dry.

• Lightly abrade painted metal surfaces.

2. Application

• JS16 No Sanding Required Metal Paint:

Apply first thin coat. Allow 2-4 hours until dry-to-touch.

Apply second coat. Additional coats may be added for optimal coverage (minimum 2 coats required).

AVOID forced air circulation (e.g., direct fan airflow) during application/curing.
