1. Substrate Preparation

• Cleaning: Remove all loose/flaking old paint, rust scale, heavy corrosion buildup, oils, and dirt from the surface. Ensure the substrate remains dry.

2. Application

• JS01 Rust Converter:

After initial application, the coating should turn black within 10 minutes (indicating chemical reaction completion).

If the first coat shows incomplete coverage, apply the second coat within 30 minutes. This ensures proper chemical bonding with the metal substrate.
